Jen, I want to hear more stories from the world of competition cheerleading. I can't get over the popularity of the sport! I should probably prepare myself for when Libby's old enough. :)
Mercer, Don't you know that spirit fingers are out these days? You have to give a stiff arm in the air (sort of off to the side) and pump your elbow and hand up and down. I'm not sure how it evokes spirit, but I was set straight when I mentioned spirit fingers to an 8th grader at church. Remind me to demonstrate for you. I don't want to risk you looking like you graduated HS in the late 90's! :)
